Early morning start to our Confiture making.
Rhubarbe and strawberry = ❤️
Ingredients: Rhubarbe Strawberry Sugar Lemon Vanilla. No Pectin.
Keeping it Simple, let the fruits do all the talking!
Fruits have natural sugar in them so we don’t need to add too much sugar.

More sugar than fruit is used in commercial jams to preserve jams to last a long time on shelves and in the fridges once opened.
And to be able to label it as Jam in The UK!
We make our Confiture the traditional way, in small batches (15-25 jars) in an original
French copper pan to retain the flavour taste & look.

Unopened, our confiture will happily last up to 180days in your pantry. Once opened store in the fridge for 5days (we doubt if you can keep your hands off of your jar to last 5 days).
No added additives or preservatives.
Our Confitures are kept simple, no quirky combinations.
All our homemade confitures are available to buy at our next Popup or if you can’t wait until then, simply contact us at small.cake@yahoo.co.uk
We are happy to post nationwide

Extra thought
We generally add freshly squeezed lemon juice to making our confiture instead of pectin
Simply because we prefer soft set confiture.
